We intervene in all the new construction project phases :
Pre-construction phase:
- Acquire land or plot for the project.
- Perform geotechnical engineering.
- Perform architecture design.
- Estimate the project budgets.
- Acquire permissions from Authorities.
- Tender for the selection of the contractors for building work.
Building Construction Phase:
- Levelling work or site preparation.

Monitoring and control of the quality of work.
This phase overlap with the two phases listed above. Our project controllers monitor activities to ensure works are conducted as plans and also controls the quality of work done.
For any deviation, the team is alerted, and necessary correction is taken to avoid rework. Regular reports on work progress are done the management for decision making.
